This EULA applies to software distributed by PC Tools by Wamiq, including LightClicker, CPS Lab, TimerForge, and future tools released under the same brand.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software for lawful personal, testing, productivity, accessibility, and performance-checking purposes where such use is permitted.
You may not use the software for cheating, spam, abuse, bypassing protections, unauthorized automation, violating third-party rules, disrupting services, redistributing modified misleading copies, or any illegal or harmful activity.
The software, branding, interface, documentation, icons, website assets, and related materials remain the property of PC Tools by Wamiq or the creator unless otherwise stated.
The software may include an update-check feature that reads a public update file. The update system may notify users of new versions or required updates if a version becomes unsupported.
The software may save local settings or results on your device for convenience. You are responsible for managing files on your own system.
The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. No guarantee is made that the software will work on every system, bypass restrictions, improve performance in every case, or be accepted by every third-party application.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PC Tools by Wamiq and its creator shall not be liable for damages, losses, restrictions, bans, device issues, data loss, or consequences arising from use or misuse of the software.
By installing or using the software, you confirm that you understand and accept this agreement.
